Refunds
First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us.
If you aren’t totally satisfied with the product, we will refund or replace the product with another.
How Do I Return My Product?
If there is an issue with your product/order and you wish to return it unopened, we will send you a prepaid, return shipping label to send it back to our shop. Or if you are local, you can return it to one of our stores.
How Do I Care For My Product?
Make sure to keep your tallow balm sealed tightly. We recommend leaving the aluminum insert in the lid to maximize freshness. Store at room temperature. If exposed to high heat (above 75-80 degrees) for long periods of time, the tallow balm can melt and the texture will change.
Pricing Policy
All prices in our store and online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
Sales & Discount Policy
We reserve the right to list a sale price at any time and to end the sale at any time at our discretion. Sale price cannot be combined with other promos or offers. Discount cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases. Discount cannot be applied for any other date than the listed sale date.
